If goods arrive in a damaged state, we are happy to replace said damaged items under the following conditions:
- A report must be sent via email within 24 hours of receipt of the hamper
- Photographic evidence must be provided along with an email report on the state of said damaged goods.
- We reserve the right to not replace the goods in the event of lack of evidence or a claim that is not made by the customer who ordered the products or the chosen recipient of the goods.
- The replacement product will be send in a carton not in a hamper.
